HOW WE WORK
Every project starts with a thorough review of the design intent, operator brand standards, and budget parameters. We align on specifications before a single purchase order is raised — flagging conflicts, proposing alternatives where lead times or costs require it, and ensuring the procurement plan is realistic from day one.
From there we manage the full chain: supplier selection and negotiation, sample approval, production tracking, quality control, freight coordination, customs clearance, and phased delivery to site. Where joinery is part of the scope — wardrobes, vanities, headboards, casegoods — we manage that within the same programme. Value engineering is offered proactively at the specification stage, not as a crisis response when budgets are already overrun.
We act as an extension of the project team. The main contractor knows exactly what is coming and when. The developer has full visibility. The hotel opens on schedule.
